What do you like most?
It is very user friendly. With 20+ years as GM and Regional, I have seen some different accounting systems, but HIA is more intuitive and simpler to use, which I like and also to show other managers in the team. I also like the customer support.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I need to use it longer to identify more opportunities. We don't use all the different features at the property level.
