DropIn technology makes my role significantly easier. Great for providing seamless and integrated online-check-in experience for guests. They're willing to help/look into anything you ask for/need help with. Good at prioritizing and sorting out any emergency issue you have and going the extra mile.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
They could implement a ticket system for any support or non immediate cases that you can always refer back to.
