What do you like most?
Tracking of tasks. Consistent reminders on the tasks. Ease to use the platform. Expert tool to manage multiple tasks in one platform.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
When I recently moved from RUHLC to EJHAZ, I was unable to access Pacer. When I raised ticket, support team was unable to resolve in spite of I mention about my transfer to another property. Neither the ticket was resolved nor I was directed to concerned Pacer support team. Later I managed to find the support team on my own and resolved, moreover once the Pacer is resolved, I updated the process of resolution on the same ticket to ensure the support team understands the process. I am sharing this to ensure other leaders don't face similar issues. Secondly, I would recommend Pacer to guide and train the leadership team on the above mentioned so that the subject can be handled immediately and smartly. Otherwise all good and I am enjoying the Pacer platform, and it is an amazing tool for pre opening projects.
