What do you like most?
Ease of use and reporting are good, although it's constantly changing. For example, now I want the average room rate report and I can't find it like it was before; the annual report to compare values ​​between years is no longer available.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The main and most urgent issue is the lack of payment options, such as PIX (Brazil's instant payment system), installment payments with and without interest; we are studying changing the system due to the lack of this feature, which we use frequently. There is also difficulty in recording minibar purchases; you have to log in to record each item individually. There should be an option to record all the items the guest consumed in a single entry.
