What do you like most?
Kai Schwarz was a huge help in modifying some of our reports. It was a very pleasant and professional conversation. He really knows our reports inside and out and always does his best to find a solution.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Our interaction with Mr. Schwarz was excellent. But there are also some other customer service representatives who, unfortunately, have no idea what they're doing. They don't read the ticket before calling me back and often have no idea what the issue is when they do call. Most of the time, they can't help me, so I end up explaining the problem to three different people. That's pretty exhausting and time-consuming.
