What do you like most?
My questions on the chat were answered very quickly. Ryan was also very friendly and the follow-up email was appreciated.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
My experience today was great. I would love to see an extra option or even two for the confirmed / check -in / checked out section on the bookings. This would allow for us to use a different color option for some guests - VIP's or Ones we wanted to flag so they would stand out visually.
