What do you like most?
Planet have a fantastic team who are a credit to the company. The team are extremely knowledgeable about the product and are very quick in responding and fixing any issues or queries. Our property uses Hotsoft and Volante POS with Planet and they are extremely user friendly and simple to use. This ease of use has cut down on the amount of training required for new staff members. I would highly reccommend Planet if any property was looking to change their property management or POS systems.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We recently upgraded to the latest version of Hotsoft and although the product and features are fantastic and does everything we need it to, visually it doesn't look great. The visuals on the previous version were sleek and modern compared to the latest version.
