What do you like most?
Contracts & Agreements are a breeze. The shared cloud-based event calendar is great, but pretty standard stuff. The sales CRM is excellent, but comes with some configuration issues if you're not using exchange server. Support is great.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Multiple trips in a single agreement or contract. Currently, one event is one contract. With tour bus groups we create one agreement covering twenty plus events over the course of a season. One hotel, one tour vendor, twenty plus events. It's expensive, no doubt about it.
