What do you like most?
The temporary room lock is very useful for our reservation team. Sometimes a guest is interested but has not confirmed yet. We can hold the room without creating a full booking, and once they confirm, it can quickly become a reservation.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For OTA bookings, I would like to see both the original selling price and the actual amount after commission more clearly. It would make it easier for us to understand the real revenue from each booking channel.
