What do you like most?
The PMS is quite easy to learn, which is important for our front desk because we have different staff working different shifts. Reservations are clear to check, and it gives us more time to focus on guests instead of spending too much time learning the system.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes the system takes a little time to load, especially when moving between pages. It is not a big problem, but during busy check-in time, even a few extra seconds can be noticeable.
