What do you like most?
The overall experience is very positive, Mews has an interface that is pleasant and easy to understand. This allows you to obtain all the desired information quickly and easily. The learning curve is good and the knowledge base is quite comprehensive. The marketplace is one of the most positive points of Mews because of the number of integrations it has. We have enabled several and they are proving to be very helpful in our daily operations, from integration with other systems to financial matters such as recurring payments.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The editing window with a maximum of 7 days sometimes feels too limited. We have long-stay accommodations that may require modifications after 7 days, so a 30-day window would be much more convenient. Ideally, an indefinite window that we can adjust ourselves. It would also be useful to have a way to delete any kind of duplicate reservation or test reservation made from the residence. These reservations clutter the reports as they are recorded as canceled reservations and in many cases are just tests performed by staff, or reservations that a customer has made by mistake in a duplicated manner.
