What do you like most?
What I like most about SiteMinder is how easy it is to manage room rates and inventory across multiple OTAs from one platform. It saves our team a lot of time, reduces manual work, and helps us avoid overbooking. The interface is user-friendly, and rate and availability updates are generally quick and reliable. It also makes daily distribution management much more efficient, especially when working with multiple room types, rate plans, and promotions.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think SiteMinder could improve by expanding its API integrations with more third-party platforms and allowing hotels to access and use its APIs directly. This would give hotels more flexibility to develop their own systems, automate workflows, and integrate SiteMinder with other tools based on their specific operational needs. Greater API accessibility would make SiteMinder even more valuable for hotels looking to improve efficiency and build customized solutions.
