What do you like most?
Reduce the manual error, and secure the standard. The reservation department, quite often overlooked and not seen as the workload they need to cater for. HERA is not replacing your reservationist, far from it, it's helping to make sure you can always offer a good standard, reply in a timely manner, use the right rate code, being an experienced agent or a newly hired receptionist, and don't builed up backlog.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The group offer format is still under development. But overall it is a very reliable system, with a hands-on implementation team.
