What do you like most?
What impresses me most is how intuitively and efficiently D3x supports day-to-day operations. Many processes run in a much more structured and faster way, making day-to-day work noticeably easier. The automation is particularly strong – it relieves the team of repetitive tasks and frees up more time for guests. The user interface is also clear and modern, so new colleagues can quickly find their way around. Having various functions integrated in one place also means there’s less need to switch between tools – a real bonus in day-to-day operations. Another major advantage is the continuous development: you can tell that feedback is taken seriously and improvements are regularly incorporated.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In some areas, greater flexibility in the settings would be desirable to better reflect individual processes. Furthermore, certain functions or workflows could be documented more clearly or supported by brief in-app explanations.
