What do you like most?
Cloudbeds is simple to learn and the calendar provides a good overview of the property. It is easy to see which rooms are booked and identify the different room types. Service mind support as well.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The support chat can sometimes be quite slow. Having a call center or direct phone support would make it much easier to resolve urgent issues.
