What we particularly like about Guestnet is that we can provide our guests with all the important information regarding their stay in a clear, digital format. Content can be updated quickly, offers and activities can be presented appealingly, and guests can easily find a great deal of information on their own. This improves guest communication while simultaneously easing the workload on our team during daily hotel operations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In some areas, the backend interface could be made even more intuitive and clearly organized. Especially when managing and updating content, shorter workflows and even simpler editing options would be helpful for working more quickly during daily hotel operations.
