What do you like most?
I have been using Cloudbeds for a long time and find it very easy to use. The PMS calendar is clear, and the multi-property dashboard makes managing several hotels much easier.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The mobile application could be improved. It would be very helpful if the app could create bookings and send notifications instead of requiring us to check email.
