What do you like most?
Jeriko Montana went above and beyond in helping me. So far it was my best experience with technical and customer support. I got all my questions answered. Got plenty of advice and Jeriko has even set up a google meet call to help me set up my rate plans on booking.com. Please give him a promotion! Please give him a raise! He is amazing!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I wish everyone would be like Jeriko! The other customer service reps I spoke with were not even close to Jeriko by the level of service, kindness and knowledge.
