What do you like most?
The ease of use, the efficiency of reporting and how quick the process of quoting is. The fact that the entire correspondence and booking trail can be seen on the booking is top tier.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Introduce mandatory fields for dietary requirements, setup specifications, guest numbers, timings and special requests, with clear revision notifications. Make it easier to create customised packages combining venue hire, food, beverages, accommodation and equipment.
