What do you like most?
We had a good experience with eZee; however, our experience with Yanolja has been disappointing. We have been using the system for a long time, but since the recent PMS migration/update, we have encountered several issues.One of the main concerns is that the system does not always calculate rates correctly, resulting in mismatches and requiring manual verification. In addition, the new PMS is not very user-friendly, making daily operations more complicated and time-consuming than before.We hope these issues will be addressed soon, as a reliable and intuitive PMS is essential for efficient hotel operations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Based on our recent interactions, it is difficult to have confidence in the future development and support of the PMS under the current team. The quality of responses has been unsatisfactory, and critical concerns have not been addressed effectively. Furthermore, the behavior and approach demonstrated by Adarsh Tripathy have been both surprising and unprofessional, which has further undermined our confidence in the support process.
