What do you like most?
I find Octorate a great system for managing bookings, for indicating to the housekeeper the rooms to reset, for reporting bookings on pay tourist and to the police. Also, recently, I found a technician, Davide G., who solved a problem for me in real time. Fantastic.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Frankly, I find it great for this, except for the assistance, which would be better if done by phone for a quicker understanding of the problem.
