I really appreciate the excellent support team and the user-friendly Channel Manager. The system is easy to use, very helpful for managing OTA connections, and makes daily operations more efficient. The support team is responsive and provides helpful solutions whenever issues arise.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The product could be improved by making channel synchronization and allotment updates more consistent in real time. It would also be helpful to have clearer notifications when synchronization errors occur, along with more detailed troubleshooting information to help hotels resolve issues faster and minimize the risk of incorrect availability or rates across OTA channels.
