What do you like most?
The extranet is friendly and easy to navigate. The chat support is also a big plus. When I’ve had a question, I’ve reached someone quickly and got a helpful answer.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A more complete mobile app would help a lot. Being able to make quick rate and availability changes from my phone, with the same ease as the desktop extranet, would save time when I’m away from the desk.
