What do you like most?
Great tool for upselling. BookingWhizz CRM has helped us promote our services which in turn has helped increasing our revenue. It's a great tool to centralise guest data and use it for e-mail marketing.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The e-mail marketing module can be improve by introducing more filters that will allow the hotels to pin point the exact segments they want to target. Overall it's a great product
