What do you like most?
Since being involved in the NewBook beginnings as a customer around 10 years ago now, they have continued to amaze with their evolvement, reliability and fantastic customer service. I have used NewBook for not only the go to system for within the Caravan & Camping Industry however we also choose to use them for many Residential/Lifestyle properties. NewBook Features are second to none! Do yourself a favour and call NewBook and book in a demo!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
My only recommendations would be that now their customer reach is not focused on one industry there is a massive potential for them to take on all different industries to listen and grow to even bigger heights implementing features suggested by clients that would be beneficial in the operation of their business needs.
