What do you like most?
The BI has an easy step-by-step navigation, very user-friendly. I also like the reports it can generated i.e. production report, OTB report against SPLY, BG, FC.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Currently we use a customized report as we would like to see the booking channels too. Since it is a customized report, there is limitation. It would be great if you could add this to your standard reports.
