Lead Management is a key tool, Call recordings allow the ability to review/train/coach agents, Reports, HUB allows agent accountability, RezForce, my CSM John Gottfried is phenomenal!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Since our properties are Forbes rated, I would like the ability to be able to warm transfer a guest to another department and/or hotel
