What do you like most?
I appreciate the updated Canary Digital Credit Card Authorization links. The automated email or text greatly streamlines the process. Our property has almost completely cut physical/faxed credit card authorizations, which greatly helps us in fraud prevention.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be helpful if there was a function to automatically alert the client completing the credit card authorization once billing set up was finalized. Our clients usually call or email to confirm that we've received a completed Canary Credit Card Authorization link, and it would be nice if there was a box to check to notify them that the process was completed on our end.
