What do you like most?
- Relationship between Client Advocates and all properties has been excellent both with Reservations and Marketing. CAs are highly engaged when highlighting improvements and diligent in presenting opportunities along with recommendations. Very crucial to have this high level of engagement to maintain successful ROI. - RezForce leadership team has been great to work with! Provide quick responses and show high-level observation when dealing with issues (technical or service-related). Offer very fair judgment when presented with issues involving guests. - Narrowcast (Direct Booking Tools) has been nothing less of a blessing to have at our fingertips. Love the transparency. Accurate assessments can be provided to senior level management in a quicker timeframe. Agents are able to assess their own pace, successes & opportunities prior to 1:1 meetings with leaders, and this results in an in-depth, high-level discussions between Res Sales Managers and their team members to help agents achieve goals.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
NAVIS has been a great partner to accommodate/produce certain reports we require from corporate level. Let's continue to maintain a thorough communication in future!
