What do you like most?
1. The process of solving a problem - It's not just about selling standardized products, but I always listen to the stories of the hotel's employees. It makes and provides the best product for each hotel. At first, it was only used as a pilot at one branch, but now it is expanded to three branchs. (We have a total of three kind of different type hotels) 2. Ability - It has all the latest technologies needed by existing hotels such as kiosks, mobile technology, door locks, and chatbots. If you meet H2O from the hotel design stage, you will be able to set up a really efficient hotel. 3. After service - Just sell the product and not the end, but if a problem occurs on site, until the problem is resolved It penetrates persistently and eventually solves the problem almost completely.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The technology needed in the hotel rooms division, such as check-in-out, is already perfect. However, much of the actual hotel sales come from additional facilities such as swimming pools, saunas, fitness centers, dining, bars, and banquet halls. They have a much more complex operation, As such, there are many operational difficulties from the perspective of hotel employees. It is hoped that solutions from the perspective of sub-facilities, such as the banquet hall & restaurant reservation system and mobile coupon issuance, will be further developed.
