What do you like most?
Profitroom customer panel is very intuitive and user friendly. Knowledge base system is very helpful when it comes to solving issues whenever we experience any.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Personally I believe that the process of the system implementation for a new customer could be improved. It definitely requires better prior preparation of the connections between channel manager and PMS.
