What do you like most?
We have been using stripe for around 12 months now for our tour booking system. Access is easy, setting up was easy and we receive notification of every booking we receive and payment made via email. Stripe does all the hard work for us. Its like "set and forget" - processing payments and refunds without any hassles at all.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The setup process was a little difficult for me because I'm not so great with technology, but I managed to do most of it myself. I don't think I have had any thoughts on what improvements could be made - it works perfectly for us.
