I have been working as a night auditor for a few months, and so far, InnRaod software management has been excellent. InnRoad is an all-in-one solution integrating a booking engine, card processing, and property management system. The software can perform many functions simultaneously, providing easy access to Expedia.com and Booking.com. The software feature is superb and easy to use. Reservation input is easy. Customer service is always extremely polite and knowledgeable and utilizes screen sharing to make support calls easier. The guests can also chat and report issues directly with the front desk easily. Most importantly, InnRoad is constantly improving its functionality and updating the system, making the software great.
