innRoad is the only provider that offers an economical solution with unit owner access to scheduling and statements for their properties. The online help staff is cream of the crop.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It took much longer that expected to field the owner portal capability. The fact that they were offering the portal was a primary reason for our selecting innRoad.
