What do you like most?
-It is a great way to keep in contact with other employees about room issue. We have a hotel with 171 rooms so its great to be able to reach the staff so quickly and be able to communicate with them. -Its very helpful to be able to quickly look back at a guest issue and make sure that it has been addressed or not. If it has not been addressed i love that we can put an alert on the post to let them know its overdue.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Honestly as of right now i do not have anything that i do not like about it. If i come across something i will write another review and let you know.
