What do you like most?
We love the amazing support and insights we get from the Ratewise Team, they are so knowledgeable on revenue management and ensure we get the best rates possible for our hotel.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to see a displacement tool incorporated into the system so we can see the benefit of taking a particular piece of business. But we are extremely happy with the software and the supports from the Ratewise team at the moment.
