What do you like most?
Prior to the Pandemic, Loop was a key tool in helping us communicate with our guests about their needs while on the run to conferences or meetings. Post Pandemic it has become invaluable as many guests prefer communicating using their own electronic devices.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would love to see the ability to share property welcome letters and menus in the form of pdf files
