What do you like most?
The ease of raising rates and availability. The connection with OTAS never fails on the part of Cloudbeds.- The interface is very friendly.- They always give a quick response from technical support.- The reports that can be obtained are interesting and very useful.-
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Group Reservations: They could be improved so that by creating separate reservations, an option can be checked so that the charges for that room go to another hosted reservation or a pending account or house account.- Also that in a reservation of several rooms the charges are broken down extra of each room and payments instead of having a single summary.- Account summary: -The account summary could improve if the taxes were not broken down in another line (another line), but in the same one where the price of the product to facilitate reading.- Activity of the day: -In the panel in activity of the day it should be possible to select yesterday to see the activity of the previous day for greater agility.- Cleaning Module: -The marking of clean room or Dirty could be much more visual (with colors for example) Voucher system: They could add a voucher system with the same code system but limiting the use.- Reservations The arrangement of beds could be added as an item to be completed so that later it also appears in the governess report.-
