What do you like most?
The team to guest text interface is awesome. Tasks and tickets are easily organized via tags. Reports flow nicely. Team members pick up the system well.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While the app could use a few tweaks, overall the system has greatly aided our resort. Checklist ordering can be improved.
