Quick & easy communication. Great for back & forth interactions with the recipient instead of having to email them.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Being able to utilize the same number, but for different family member names. Sometimes I need to add both the husband and wife to the same number. If already entered, it is difficult to modify.
