What do you like most?
I have been impressed with the response time and efficiency of Liz in answering my questions. She explained processes to me and has sent email information for when the owner payment is rec'd in the Trust ac't.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
No comment at this stage as I have only just commenced the role. Should there be any suggestions, I will forward them at a later stage.
