What do you like most?
Fully automated check-in and check-out processes that optimally complement and support the work of the employees. Smart key and digital registration forms allow the guest, with the help of the simple application, an uncomplicated check-in and check-out process.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
So far we have had positive experiences with Hotelbird. The application is easy to understand and if we had any questions, we always had a direct contact person/we could always be helped quickly
