The rate report makes it easy to follow up corporate agreements with the customer. If you have a question or need any assistance it is easy to get help. The report setup with automatic reports being sent to your email.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The CRM system could be improved - many functions are missing and it is not possible to sync with outlook. possibility to search for rate codes.
