What do you like most?
- Integration of channel manager, rates, availability and invoicing. Very easy to use.The system is very intuitive and easy to adapt to needs. Possibility to integrate to the facebook page or website for direct bookings. During Covid times, we have received a very good support from the customer service, helping us out a lot. So when our previous channel manager contacted us to switch back, we didn’t even consider a move back. I can recommend this hotel software to any hotel/resort business.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The main thing I would like to see, is being able to make invoices from house accounts. Having outside guests for dinner, Spa or Diving (in our case), it would be a great bonus if we could create invoices for them directly and keep track of our daily costs and income this way. Having an app for the phone/iPad would be a great addition as well, making access easier on the go.
