What do you like most?
I have learned so much working with travel media through their webinars they offer. I now know the best ways to handle customer reviews both positive and negative. I love the fact that any questions or concerns I may have they are just a phone call away and always offering their help.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I really cannot think of anything that needs improvement. This is a wonderful tool and their team is always so willing to help in any situation.
