What do you like most?
It replaces our need for radios and makes communication across all departments easier and more efficient. The support staff is amazing at HelloShift, they will help find solutions for your specific property. Great customer service!!!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The dashboard is not the cleanest in the world, however it resembles Facebook which makes it feel familiar. The pop up notification can not be silenced, which can be annoying if you do not want to respond right away. Lastly, if you run the site on multiple computers there is the potential to reply to the same guest simultaneously without knowing.
