What do you like most?
Simple interface. Good customer service agents and account manager. Knowledgeable staff and friendly. They fix most of the issues promptly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
speed of the support when we email. Functionalities are not consistence like their competitors. Although RateGain said they are premier partners with booking.com and Agoda, they are fail to provide what we expect from OTA with their partnership.
