What do you like most?
As a hotel operator, I love the ease and automation of Open Key. Guests are automatically contacted to opt in to utilize Keyless entry. It is a seamless process and guest truly appreciate the option.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to see reporting improved. It would be nice to see guest usage reports in detail rather than just doors opened. In addition, I feel a guest review survey of the product would be helpful for both the property and OpenKey to see opportunities on how to improve communication and service.
