What do you like most?
Pre-check-in eliminates check-in at the front desk and gives guests the benefit of being able to quickly enter their rooms. This also has the advantage of increasing the efficiency of front desk operations for hotels.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Currently, only about 20% of guests do pre-check-in, but the number of guests who do pre-check-in is on the rise. However, a certain percentage of guests who check in at the front desk will remain. The check-in software at the front desk is not linked to pre-check-in, so data is not centralized. A check-in app at the front desk that is linked to pre-check-in is required.
