What do you like most?
Very intuitive which makes training new Desk Associates faster with less issues. Cloud based is nice to modify rates, etc. remotely.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Updates That shut down operation of the system seem to happen at 3-4pm CST, right in the middle of check-in? Seems like a better option would be to update the system later in the evening in order to not inconvenience your customers.
